Blue Horizon EP

Hudd Traxx's diverse archive continues to expand, and following the success of Hudd Influences Vol. 1, Eddie Leader's esteemed Manchester-based label presents a full debut to the up-and-coming talent, DFRA.

Initially a label enthusiast, Colombian artist Diego Ruiz, based in Buenos Aires, first appeared on 2019's 'Out Of Order: Volume 3' with 'I Am House.' His latest 'Blue Horizon' EP solidifies that claim, as he delivers a trio of expertly crafted tracks that demonstrate his adeptness in production.

The sparkle and groove of the title track conjure images of sun-soaked beaches, rhythmic bodies, and ocean waves. This theme persists throughout the EP, with the sultry energy of 'Hold Me' transporting listeners into the club through its warm bass, pulsating keys, and vocals. The hypnotic sway and powerful kick of 'Fallin'' plunge us further into the nocturnal atmosphere.

To top off this outstanding debut, Real Tone boss Franck Roger adds his touch. With vocal embellishments, resonant keys, and his signature French flair, he completes this remarkable package from DFRA.
